When we work together, you’re trusting a content partner that can meet all of your organization’s process, product, and software documentation and courseware needs. We have extensive experience in understanding your big picture as well as your immediate needs and will create the best plan to meet both areas of need. We provide peace of mind with detailed project updates delivered by your InfoPros project team so you know your technical content will be delivered on time and on budget, allowing your team to get back to what they do best.
The quick answer is most. Our client list covers everything from consumer products and services, to life sciences and technology. Our focus is on developing and maintaining content for our clients’ products, processes, and software, which means you will be working with experts.
No, we do not respond to RFPs. The InfoPros model relies heavily upon two-way communication with client decision makers. We take the time to ask questions and listen to feedback. Our approach allows us to work with our clients to define their immediate needs, plan for long-term challenges, and provide proactive, business-focused solutions. Often, RFPs do not allow for this level of communication, which can be detrimental to the process.
We also avoid RFPs because, in many cases, RFP projects are awarded based on cost. While InfoPros provides exceptional value, we choose to focus on engaging with our clients so we can better understand their needs and ultimately form long-term partnerships.
One cornerstone of the InfoPros Advantage is our project management process. After signing an engagement with us, you are assigned a project manager who becomes your primary point of contact. They are responsible for working with you to establish objectives, priorities, and schedules, and then managing the InfoPros project team to ensure that we deliver the expected results. They also provide regular status reports, ensuring that there are no surprises.
Our clients range from the very large, well-known companies like The Home Depot, American Express, and Cisco, to our smaller clients with revenue around $10,000,000 a year. Our infrastructure and project methodology allow us to provide a better value for our larger clients than other documentation companies. Many of our clients work with us for years and some over ten years.
InfoPros does all of its work here in the U.S., leveraging our team of InfoPros employees to develop the content that your business requires. We do bring in a partner if a specific skill or capability is required that we don’t have, such as for certain types of programming or language translations. Our clients tell us that this is a key part of the InfoPros Advantage.
Our minimum initial engagement for a new client is typically $15,000. After the initial engagement, we can support anything from very small updates to large projects and ongoing support for all of your content development needs.
We often work with companies that entrust us with confidential information, typically under a non-disclosure agreement. Examples are yet-to-be released products, proprietary processes, and custom software applications. We set up separate, secure workspaces for each client, and we require that all client data be stored on our secure servers.
Yes, we use a partner to provide language translation services for all types of documentation, online help, and training materials, we can also provide voice-overs for online training. We have considerable experience developing English content in a way that minimizes translation costs, and we work closely with a partner that does the language translation. We handle all coordination and ensure that the process is transparent to you.
