TransUnion partners with InfoPros for key documents in rebranding launch

TransUnion calls upon InfoPros, its trusted documentation vendor, for major rebranding

Chicago, IL—When TransUnion cultivated its plan to expand its capabilities in the information solutions industry and rebrand itself in the process, many documentation challenges surfaced. TransUnion has come to rely upon InfoPros as its content expert since early 2011. Supporting the development of all types of documentationcontent, including online help systems, e-learning, knowledge articles and a wide variety of web content, InfoPros is able to drive efficiencies as well as provide TransUnion with the flexibility to ramp up or pare down resources to handle fluctuating workloads. Confident in its content development partner, TransUnion presented the rebranding challenges to the InfoPros team. InfoPros was tasked with the transition of a multitude of documents from print into online versions in the rebranded look and feel. Additionally, as part of the rebranding campaign, TransUnion sought to introduce itself to its employees in a unique and engaging way – through an online, interactive presentation. This provides a unique experience for employees to learn and retain information about their newly transformed company. Because of InfoPros’ broad capabilities, the team ramped up quickly for the rebranding project, simultaneously continuing its current TransUnion projects. InfoPros designed and delivered the rebranded documents and the interactive presentation under a tight timeline, at a lower price point than anticipated.

“The InfoPros team has been excellent at helping us get the work done in a very competent, professional, and responsive manner. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!” said Jill Sheehan, Senior Consultant of Organizational Development at Transunion.
