Description
The candidate must be able to plan, execute, and deliver projects according to the specified schedule and budget. This includes managing the efforts of the project team, coordinating all client communications, ensuring the quality of all client deliverables, collaborating with sales to address changes in the project scope, and assisting management in resource planning. The candidate will manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and the respective project team using our proven methodology and project standards. The candidate must also be able to provide Client Account Management by using a consultative approach to building client relationships toward a long term partnership.  This role supports the growth of the organization by building and maintaining client relationships and providing exemplary service to the client through proactive relationship management and project operations.  The candidate must have experience working for a small business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfaction
  • Work to set realistic expectations with client.
  • Tracking, reporting and maintaining project budgets
  • Reviewing and submitting monthly client invoices
  • Providing weekly status updates on accounts/projects
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Partnering with sales to address changes in project scope and scope new opportunities within existing clients.
  • People management duties as assigned
  • Limited travel may be required

  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong working relationships with others

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity; demonstrated experience leading project teams is a must
  • Experience working for a small business in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Comfortable in an environment where shifting priorities, demands and timelines are the norm
  • Demonstrated experience managing project teams and interacting with clients
  • Strong written and oral communication; must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) to C-level executives via phone, email, and in person
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Lync, PowerPoint, Visio)
